LVL 4125 is a design build 5+1 story multifamily apartment building project that began construction in late 2018 including underground parking and a roof deck. At the time of its construction, it was the largest stick-built modular building in Philadelphia. The 5 modular unit floors are on top of a Type I steel podium. Along with the living units, the building is equipped with a leasing office, fitness center, community work areas, elevators, pet friendly and a community roof deck. Together, the building totals 88,952 SF* at a total construction cost of $15.8M which was completed in less than 12 months.
