4125 Chestnut

LVL 4125 is a design build 5+1 story multifamily apartment building project that completed in Spring 2019 including underground parking and a roof deck. At the time of its construction, it was the tallest wood-frame modular building in Philadelphia, which has now been superseded by another VBC project. 5 floors of modular apartments are built on top of a Type I steel podium. Along with the living units, the building is equipped with a leasing office, fitness center, community work areas, elevators, pet friendly and a community roof deck. Together, the building totals 88,952 SF at a total construction cost of ~$15MM which was completed in less than 12 months.
