Volumetric Building Companies is collaborating with Lomax Real Estate Partners to deliver Phase II of Village Square on Haverford, a multi-phase development in West Philadelphia funded in part by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). This phase includes two ENERGY STAR-certified buildings with 32 affordable rental units designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities standards. Supported by the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, the project blends affordability and sustainability. With walk-up modular units set to be completed by year-end, it addresses critical housing needs while revitalising the neighbourhood.
