Collaborating with Accel Opportunity Fund VVI LLC, the 44th Street Oakland project is in the final stages of construction. This transit-oriented student housing project is located near Oakland’s MacArthur Bay Area Rapid Transit Station, which helps provide access to student-based housing and supplies residents with quick and easy access to bright and vibrant downtown Oakland and San Francisco. 44th St. Oakland is also a monumental build for VBC as it was the first project be manufactured in the Tracy California facility. In addition to this, it is the closest project by distance to the facility with its final home being less than sixty miles from the facility.
