Spanning an entire city block, 510 N. Broad is VBC’s largest Multi-Family development. It offers a variety of modern features with a sleek design, an in-building retail grocery store, and a roof-top community space. Working with Alterra Property Group, VBC designed this complex to house a large range of studio, junior one-bedroom, traditional one-bedroom, two-bedroom units, and ample amenity spaces. By using modular construction, VBC’s ability to turn out modular units quickly, the 510 N. Broad project saved 22 months of construction time compared to traditional construction.
