We believe sustainability
is more than just a buzzword.

Discover our commitment to sustainable building solutions that benefit the construction industry.

The construction industry accounts for 39% of global energy-related carbon dioxide emissions. We’re on a mission to change that.

sustainability

Why is our volumetric off-site process more sustainable than on-site construction?

Off-site prefabrication is a construction process that takes place in a controlled factory environment, away from the construction site. This process helps to reduce site impacts such as noise, dust, and disruption, as well as emissions from heavy equipment. Centralised prefabrication facilities can establish long-term relationships with technology partners and suppliers to consistently source higher quality and innovative materials. Additionally, due to the volume of materials being used, these facilities can encourage material reuse and recycling.

We have our own dedicated steel fabrication factory to give us control over the process.

All steel used in our modular units contain a proportion of recycled materials.

WHY IS OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION SUSTAINABLE?

A more efficient way to build.

Recycling together. We work closely with our clients to ensure that, together, we can meet our joint recycling and sustainability goals.

Leverage low voltage electricity. Low voltage fixtures use 50% less energy, resulting in savings during installation, operation, and longer lifespan.

High end performance comes as standard. We are constantly innovating by integrating advanced technology into our designs to help reduce total energy usage over the lifetime of the building - good for the environment and the bottom line!

"We are investing in sustainability on so many different fronts, from the power that goes into our factories, to the design choices in our products, to new pathways to reuse and recycle materials."
